You agree that:

• You own or have rights to publish the content

• Content is accurate and not misleading

BienesOnline reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.

6. Lead Generation and Communication

The Platform facilitates communication between users and agents via:

• WhatsApp

• Email

• Automated systems

Leads generated through the Platform may be distributed automatically among agents.

Users accept being contacted by multiple agents.

7. No Guarantee of Transactions

BienesOnline:

• Does not guarantee successful transactions

• Does not participate in negotiations

• Is not responsible for agreements between parties

All transactions are conducted at users’ own risk.

8. Fees and Subscriptions

The Platform may charge:

All fees are clearly communicated before purchase.
